Senior Principal Architect - Big Data Platform

Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Senior Principal Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Full-Stack Technical Innovation in Big Data: Spearhead technical innovation across the entire big data stack. Drive forward-thinking solutions and contribute to the evolution of cutting-edge technologies.
• Propose Technical Strategy and Development Roadmap: Develop and present comprehensive technical strategies and roadmaps, outlining the path to success in alignment with organizational goals. Act as the visionary guide for the technical aspects of the project.
• Direct R&D Team for Competitive Feature Delivery: Take charge of the Research and Development team, steering them towards the creation and delivery of competitive features. Uphold a commitment to high-quality outputs, ensuring a leading position in the market.
  

What you’ll bring to the team：

• Demonstrated experience in kernel feature development and performance optimization for big data engines/databases and other related technologies.
• Proficiency in code development and review, showcasing the ability to contribute hands-on to technical projects.
• Desirable qualifications include a track record of publishing papers in top conferences or holding patents in the big data domain. While not mandatory, these achievements would be advantageous.
• This role is not solely a managerial position. The ideal candidate is expected to actively contribute to technical aspects, emphasizing a hands-on and leadership-oriented approach.
