Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving.
About the job:
Dive into the latest AI trends (including LLMs, Reasoning, Computer vision, data, and autonomous driving etc.) through comprehensive research and analysis, and by participating in industry and academic events.
Identify and define technical research directions and topics with the potential to significantly impact the industry and our company's mid-to-long-term business.
Formulate strategic plans for integrating AI technologies into our product and service offerings.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions within the company and foster a culture of continual AI learning and improvement.
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
A robust understanding of AI technologies, including foundation models, natural language processing, computer vision, synthetic data, and reasoning.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations for a variety of audiences.
A fervent passion for technology and innovation, coupled with a strong drive for self-improvement.
A preference for candidates with familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
