Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an Office Administrator.

About the role:
Book hotels and flights, provide travel visa application and expense report instructions, as well as provide user guidelines to employees related to the internal IT system
Manage supplies and equipment in office and meeting rooms
Other administrative services, such as business card application, phone bill management, etc.
Other duties shall be assigned as required
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline
Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Resourceful and flexible
Strong English communication skills and organizational skills
Ability to schedule multiple duties/projects and handle stressful situations
Fast learner with the ability to work unsupervised, including an evident work ethic
Desire to contribute to a team environment
