Huawei Canada has an immediate 4-month internship opening for a Content Operation Assistant.

About the team:

From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. This department prides itself on its ability to solve complex problems, often under tight deadlines, while provided world class service. About the job:

  • Provide high-quality content that users need or are interested in by means of original creation, editing, and organization around the administrative and other departments of the platform.

  • Formulate different promotion strategies for different users and platform departments to create exclusive content for all users and platform departments.

  • Answer users' questions on various platforms, including in-depth contact with users, understanding user needs and app usage intentions, and then optimizing content and activities based on these user resources.

  • Improve the office environment by following the 6S management standards, improve employees' publicize awareness, and promote the admin brand.

  • Organize online and offline events to engage with employees.

  • Support for other Admin team members.

Job requirements

About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0-1 year experience in content creation, marketing, or community engagement, with a focus on audience growth and engagement strategies.

  • Proficiency in simple image editing and design, including experience with tools for poster creation and PowerPoint design.

  • Data analysis skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and leverage data for optimizing content and engagement strategies.

  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong execution capabilities to ensure smooth project implementations.

  • Advanced relationship management skills and communications skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written skills.
