Engineer - Cloud Computing

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Cloud computing for autonomous driving platform feature design, code development, testing and maintenance.
  

• Responsible for delivering system and interface design, and participating code development of cloud platform.
  

• Collaborate with research team to deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning algorithms for Autonomous Driving including Computer Vision, Foundation Models, etc.
  

• Integrate developed algorithm into production platform, and troubleshooting and benchmarking the performance

The target annual compensation (based on 2080 hours per year) ranges from $78,000 - $168,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Master's degree (or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of industrial experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  

• Experience in Software Development, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field with a track record of solving industrial problems.
  

• Proficient programming skill in one or more languages: Java, Python, Rust, C++.
  

• Solid knowledge in software engineering, and cloud computing, or HPC.
  

• Extensive experience in complete project development and system core module monitoring.

• 2+ years of industry experience in cloud service development, DevOps, or open source contribution.

• Experience in Machine Learning algorithms for Autonomous Driving.

• Experience in cloud-based data management services.

• Hands on experience with ROS.
