Technology Planning Expert - Data Communication

Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Technology Planning Expert.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of technical planning, research and development direction, trend insights for Data Communication networks (such as Carrier Network, Data Center Network, Campus Network, Security, etc.).
• Communicate frequently with Universities, research centers, key customers, or organizations about technology competitiveness and value.
• Advise on technology trends, research direction and product planning, based on in-depth industry, customer, and technology analysis.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• PhD in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronic Technology, Automation, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of R&D work experience in advanced network domain, particularly in Data Center Network and network security.
• Strategic planning capabilities: conducted technology planning and design work to achieve technical strategic objectives.
• Good grasp of network technologies such as Ethernet , Wi-Fi IP protocols, and basic AI knowledge.
• Available for domestic and international business travel (approximately 20%).
