Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Senior Technical Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive technical recruitment strategies that align with Huawei’s business objectives and growth plans.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media, industry events, and other innovative channels.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their executive staffing needs, providing expert guidance and insights into market trends and candidate availability.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Huawei’s values and organizational goals.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent movements within the technology sector to provide strategic insights to the business.
Job requirements
What you'll bring to the team:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven success in recruiting senior level candidate within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of the North American talent market, with established networks and connections.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and candidates.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies.
