Senior Principal Researcher – Haptic Feedback

Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Senior Principal Researcher. 

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop haptic feedback technologies and solutions that enhance user experiences
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of haptic feedback in various applications
• Analyze and interpret data from experiments and use the results to improve haptic feedback technologies
• Collaborate with other researchers, engineers and designers to integrate haptic feedback into products and systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in haptic feedback technologies
• Publish research papers and patents to advance the field of haptic feedback

What you’ll bring to the team:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Strong background in signal processing and control systems
• Demonstrated experience in haptic feedback research, preferably in the fields of virtual reality, gaming or healthcare
• Experience conducting and incorporating user experience studies in the development and evaluation of haptic feedback systems
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, MATLAB and Python
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong publication record in haptic feedback research
