Job description

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for technical/researching positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract and engage potential candidates.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for our organization, promoting our employee value proposition and building a strong employer brand within the technical/academic community.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.

  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to expand our talent network.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technical/academic recruitment and share relevant insights with the team.

The target annual compensation (based on 2080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.

  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to quickly understand job requirements.

  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and recommendations based on data and insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
