Job description

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an Assistant Researcher.


  • Gain insight into the latest developments of both international and local academic organizations, and summarize technical research trends within the conferences and activities of these organizations
  • Gain insight into future technology trends in related fields, and output technology insight reports
  • Gain insight into policies, guidelines and reports related to academic openness, and summarize relevant viewpoints to help predict the future trend
  • Monitor and report project status to management team on a regular basis in order to provide up-to-date information for managers to make key decisions
  • Lead creation, planning and facilitation of corporate events, workshop and meetings, manage the overall communication of event details to ensure most effective event outcome
  • Assist Cooperation Managers to make sure all leading cooperation projects remain up to date and accurate
  • Organize meetings for the team and directors, provide minutes and agenda, create budget reports (expense, milestones etc.)
  • Translate project documents, technical reports or corporate documents as needed

Job requirements

What you'll bring to the team:

  • A Master's or higher degree in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or similar background
  • Knowledge of Large Language Model, Reinforce Learning, Machine Learning and Agent
  • Sharp technical insight and curiosity about new technologies to capture future technical opportunities
  • Proactive and strong logical thinking ability, good at summarizing reports
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficient in English, with international vision and thinking
  • Participated in or organized academic activities (workshops, conferences, etc.) is an asset
