About the job:
Work closely with business units to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with business goals.
Manage recruitment operations, including budget oversight, recruiter priorities, and process optimization.
Partner with headquarters in China to stay updated on recruitment policies and process.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Oversee relationships with staffing agencies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
In addition to which, HRBP for assigned departments as well as general HR support for the local offices.
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a corporate environment.
Experience working in a large, complex HR and/or recruitment environment.
Previous team management experience is an asset.
Previous HRBP experience is an asset.
