Huawei Canada has an immediate permanent opening for a Recruitment Operations Manager.

As a strategic partner supporting all of Huawei Canada, the Human Resource Department plays a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards. About the job:

  • Work closely with business units to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with business goals.

  • Manage recruitment operations, including budget oversight, recruiter priorities, and process optimization.

  • Partner with headquarters in China to stay updated on recruitment policies and process.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

  • Oversee relationships with staffing agencies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies.

  • In addition to which, HRBP for assigned departments as well as general HR support for the local offices.

Job requirements

About the ideal candidate:

  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a corporate environment.

  • Experience working in a large, complex HR and/or recruitment environment.

  • Previous team management experience is an asset.

  • Previous HRBP experience is an asset.
