About the job:
Providing R&D capability protection across various processes and engineering functions, as well as IT tools and equipment.
Addressing and resolving non-quality issues related to R&D capabilities, while continuously improving the efficiency and user experience of R&D operations. The role also involves monitoring and ensuring user service satisfaction in this domain.
Gathering and defining user feedback to empower processes, projects, and operational rules. The Specialist will identify and address common issues that impact R&D capabilities and promote improvements across these areas.
Leading capacity-building efforts for user experience platforms, including the development of a digital desktop and intelligent operation tools. Responsibilities include optimizing AI training sets, enhancing the question and answer corpus, and adapting prompt engineering to align with user operation scenarios.
The target annual compensation (based on 2080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant discipline.
2+ years of relevant experience in business, software development, hardware engineering, design, and testing.
Independently develop some software tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Familiarity with the R&D Integrated Product Development (IPD) process and the fulfillment of engineering responsibilities.
