Principal Adviser - 6G Cloud RAN

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Principal Adviser.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical suggestions on the pre-research of pre-6G cloud-native network technologies.
• Provide technical adjustment suggestions for Radio Access Network to adapt to edge cloud technologies and cloud containerization scenarios (K8s).
• Provide technical consultation and tuning recommendations for performance issues, security issues, and architectural challenges introduced by the deployment of RAN on cloud-native platforms. 
• Assist in evaluating the cost of deploying the entire RAN system software on the cloud native platform and provide feasible efficiency improvement suggestions.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Expertise in commercializing products using software architecture patterns/design patterns.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing Cloud-native platform.
• Familiar with component design and microservice architecture. Experience in design and implement distributed and parallel computing processing is an asset.
• Knowledgeable in IT protocol stack of the cloud native platform and design of accelerator such as DPDK and QAT is an asset.
