Job description

Our team has an immediate 6-month contract opening for a Marketing Content Assistant.


  •  Provide high-quality content that users need or are interested in by means of original creation, editing, and organization around the administrative and other departments of the platform.
  • Answer users' questions on various platforms, including in-depth contact with users, understanding user needs and app usage intentions, and then optimizing content and activities based on these user resources.
  • Improve the office environment by following the 6S management standards, improve employees publicize awareness, and promote the admin brand.
  • After attracting users with articles or functions, formulate different promotion strategies for different users and platform departments to create exclusive content for all users and platform departments.
  • Organized online and offline events to engage with employees. For example "Help Desk Employee Day," "Most Beautiful Work Station".

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Good written communication/presentation skills to attract users.
  • Have a high sensitivity to data and be able to accurately analyze and visualize data.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
