Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Recruitment Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on marketing and branding strategy to appeal international talents.
  • Implementing and managing the recruitment strategies with HR team.
  • Working closely with directors and hiring managers to ensure their recruitment needs are being met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies and processes.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns across various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
