- Focusing on marketing and branding strategy to appeal international talents.
- Implementing and managing the recruitment strategies with HR team.
- Working closely with directors and hiring managers to ensure their recruitment needs are being met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies and processes.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
- Design and execute recruitment campaigns across various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
