Researcher - Deep Learning

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Researcher.

Responsibilities:

• Work on innovative ML models with real world applications, such as AI – enabled chip design;
• Implement algorithms for proposed models and applications;
• Work closely with researchers in the team;
• Keeping up-to-date on selected areas of ML (such as graph representation learning, AI4EDA, and deep learning);
• Write scientific technical reports;
• Submit manuscripts to top-tier conferences and file high-value patents.
  

What you'll bring to the team:

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related technical field;
• Good knowledge of Deep Learning (DL) components (training, regularization, generalization) and familiar with common DL architectures (e.g., transformer, CNNs, diffusion models);
• Have publication experience in top AI/ML, NLP or EDA conferences (NeurlPS, ICML, ACL, DAC, ICCAD, etc.);
• Strong coding skills in Python. Coding experience in C++ is an asset;
• Knowledge and experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) is an asset;
• Experience in hardware design or EDA tools is an asset;
• Knowledge and experience in Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) is an asset;
• Have good communication skills.
