Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving.
About the job:
Research, design, and implement novel LLM-based agent architectures for planning, reasoning, and decision-making.
Develop frameworks for tool-using agents (e.g., function calling, API interaction, retrieval-augmented reasoning).
Explore agent memory, reflection, self-evaluation, and feedback loop to enable continual learning and self-improvement.
Survey recent developments in the related field and proactively communicate with team members.
Perform experiments and evaluate, analyze, and draw insights from experiments.
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
A Ph.D. or a Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on project experience with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and few-shot or in-context learning.
Familiar with reinforcement learning (RL), ReAct (Reasoning and Acting), and Chain-of-Thought (CoT).
Strong AI/ML coding skills in Python; experienced with PyTorch.
Good communication skills, willingness to collaborate, and self-motivated.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
