About the job:
Responsible for HR business partnership support for designated departments, combined with full-cycle recruitment of high-end technical talent.
Act as a strategic advisor to assigned client groups, guiding workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Support leadership with insight-driven recommendations that align talent strategies with business objectives.
Provide day-to-day HR guidance and ensure consistent application of internal policies and procedures.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical roles, including niche technical functions. Source and engage highly skilled candidates, conduct assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand complex role requirements and competitive positioning.
Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records. Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance with applicable legislation.
Partner with HR Leads and business stakeholders to align recruitment efforts and HR strategies. Support onboarding and contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
The target annual compensation (based on 2080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience and demonstrated expertise.
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on high-end technical roles.
At least 3 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist role.
Strong consultative and analytical skills, with the ability to influence technical and operational leaders.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with high discretion in handling sensitive matters.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, confidential records.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
