About the job:
Assist in the planning and execution of employee development programs, including training sessions, career pathing, and leadership development efforts.
Support the execution of talent assessments and contribute to succession planning initiatives by maintaining accurate talent data and reports.
Maintain and analyze talent metrics and dashboards to support decision-making and provide insights to HR leadership.
Job requirements
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, or performance management.
Familiarity with talent management systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); analytical mindset and attention to detail.
